Which vaccinations does my pet need?

Dogs need rabies, distemper, parvovirus and bordetella. Cats need rabies and FVRCP. Small pets usually don't need vaccines but should be healthy. We check records on the first visit.

What should I bring for my pet's stay?

Their regular food, any medication, a comfort item like a toy or blanket, leash and collar, and a cage for small pets if they use one. See the packing checklist above for the full list.

What if my pet doesn't get along with other animals?

We assess temperament before every stay and only host 1–2 guests at a time. Separate play areas and private spaces are always available.

What happens if my pet falls ill during the stay?

We contact you and your preferred vet right away. With your prior authorisation we can use our on-call vet. Giving medication is free; vet fees are paid by the pet parent.

Can I visit before booking?

Yes! Meet & greet visits are welcome. Just pick the option in the booking form or call us to schedule one.

How soon will my booking be confirmed?

Within 24 hours of submitting the form. We'll call or WhatsApp you on the number you share.
